Acceptance of Terms and Conditions By using our direct booking site, the user (“Guest”) agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) set forth by our platform (“Platform”). The Platform reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. Booking and Payment Guests must pay the total booking amount at the time of reservation through an accepted payment method. If guest decides to pay with a credit card, a 5% credit card processing fee will be applied to the total booking amount. By making a booking, Guests certify that they have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use this Platform in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. 

Cancellation Policy: Please carefully review our cancellation policy prior to booking. There will be no refunds granted for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, changes, or early departure. By booking, Guests acknowledge and agree to this policy. 

Use of Property The property is to be used for residential purposes only. Any commercial use, including but not limited to photography, filming, events, or any activity that goes beyond the scope of a residential vacation rental, is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by the property owner or manager. 

Property Rules and Regulations Guests agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the property owner or manager. This may include noise restrictions, guest limits, and rules regarding the use of property amenities. 

Liability The Platform, its affiliates, and the property owner are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 

Security Deposit A security deposit, varying based on the listing, is required for all bookings. It covers potential damages or extra charges during your stay. The deposit is pre-authorized on your credit card and is typically released within a week of checkout, given the property is left in good condition. By booking, you agree to this policy. 

Privacy Policy Our privacy policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement. Please review these Terms carefully and understand them fully before booking a property. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us for clarification. Please note that these Terms and Conditions are a general template and may not cover all legal aspects necessary for your specific situation. It is advised to consult with a lawyer or legal advisor to ensure complete legal compliance.
 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve created a straightforward cancellation policy to provide clarity and peace of mind.

Full Refund:

60 Days Before Check-in: Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their reservation at least 60 days prior to their scheduled check-in date.

Within 24 Hours of Booking: Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 24 hours of confirming their reservation, regardless of how far out the reservation is.

Non-Refundable:

Less than 60 Days Before Check-in: Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable, as availability is limited, and rebooking on short notice can be challenging.

Important Reservation Changes: If you need to adjust your reservation dates, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

No-Shows: Guests who fail to check in without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Welcome to our booking platform (the “Platform” or “We”). The Platform allows guests or tenants to perform online booking or reservations of properties and rooms (the “Service”).
