Airbnb data shows that certain amenties can signficantly increase bookings, as they often become that deciding factor for many guests. Certain amenities give your property a competitive edge in a market with increasing supply.
The slow season offers an ideal opportunity to work on your property with less disruption to guests stays. The work done in this time will prepare your property to become the ideal listing for the busy peak season we see from May to September.
