1099 Forms & STVR License Correspondence

All 1099s will be processed by January 31st. If you have not received yours after this date, please reach out to Jaqi at for assistance.

As a reminder, if you receive any communication from the city regarding your STVR license, please forward to Jaqi as soon as possible.

Linen Fees

The annual linen fees will be billed as part of your property’s operational costs. This $200 per-bedroom fee covers all linens and towels, with replacements for lost or damaged items included at no extra cost. Despite rising costs, we’ve maintained this rate by absorbing part of the increase. The fee will appear on your January statement—please review it accordingly. Let us know if you have any questions.

As we’ve seen a rise in long-term stay inquiries, particularly due to the recent fires in LA, we want to explore the possibility of offering extended stays through Airbnb and VRBO during the slow season.

  • Flexibility: You have the option to set the maximum stay length that works best for you, ensuring it aligns with your plans for the property. When it hits peak season, we are able to roll back those days to ensure profitability.

The Guidebooks Include:

  • Property-specific information, ensuring guests know how to use all amenities and appliances
  • Personalized recommendations for local restaurants, bars, beaches, hiking spots, and other hidden gems nearby
