This project sits two blocks from the beach and just minutes walking to the best bars and restaurants in Pacific Beach. Our plan for this building is a complete remodel of the existing four units. We are in the permitting process for building 4 additional ADU’s on top of the existing 4 units which will require reinforcement to the existing structure. We predict this permitting process will take us around 1.5 years and another 6 months in the building department.
